When we created Familink, we were looking for a simple, fast technical solution to connect seniors easily with the rest of the family. Our grandparents are often not tech-savvy and aren't necessarily comfortable with the latest trendy gadgets.

Moreover, some older people don't have a television or a tablet and lack ways to communicate with their children and grandchildren. Televisions and tablets often involve buying or keeping an internet router, which is a financial cost and isn't always easy for seniors to use.
