We’re thrilled to announce the long-awaited launch of our brand-new video subscription! Starting today, you can enjoy a whole new way to express yourself and share your most precious moments with your loved ones.

How does the video subscription work?

The video subscription allows you to send up to 3 videos per day, each up to 60 seconds long, with sound. Videos can only be sent using our mobile app.

How much does the video option cost?

You can choose between:

Monthly: €2.99/month

Annual: €29.90/year (€2.49/month)

The subscription renews automatically and will be charged monthly or annually depending on your plan. You can cancel at any time—there’s no commitment.

How do I subscribe to the video option?

You can subscribe via the ‘Video’ tab in the mobile app or through the web interface. Once subscribed, you can start sharing videos directly from our mobile app.

What if my frame doesn’t have the video option?

The video option is only available on frames sold from the end of 2020 onward. If you’re unsure whether your frame is eligible, contact us!
