Send Your Photos by Email with Familink

Sharing your memories with loved ones should be simple—and with Familink, it is! You can now send photos directly to your family’s digital frames, either without creating an account or by using your frame’s email address.

How to Send Photos Using Your Frame’s Email Address

1. Log in to your Familink account at app.familinkframe.com.

2. Select the frame you want to send photos to and go to the Settings tab.

3. You’ll see your frame’s email address, which looks something like:

4. If you’re the frame administrator, you can even customize this address to make it easier to remember. This makes it simple to share with family and friends so they can send photos directly to the frame too.

Sending a Photo by Email

1. Open your email inbox and compose a new message.

2. Enter your Familink frame’s email address in the To field.

3. Use the subject line as the photo caption.

4. Attach your photo (or insert it in the body of the email).

Note: You can only send one photo per email. If you attach more than one, only the first photo will be displayed. You’ll receive a notification if this happens.

Text-only emails won’t be displayed on the frame—only photos can be sent.
